These Terms & Conditions set out the legal terms that apply to your use of the website www.sirenoble.shop(the “Site”) and other services we provide (the “Services”).
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before to use the Services. By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you may not use our Services and must immediately exit the Site. If you continue to use the Site or place an order, we will consider these Terms & Conditions as understood and accepted.

We are Sirenoble Sarl and we operate the www.sirenoble.shop. We are a sarl, having its registered address at: 27 Rue des Martyrs de la Resistance, 06240, Beausoleil, France.
3. Our services
The Services we offer allow you to browse the Site and purchase products. As part of the Services, we also offer you ancillary services such as cleaning & maintenance of leather products, cleaning and polishing of silver items, housekeeping consulting, arranging product delivery and providing Customer service.
The contract is completed when the ordered products are delivered to you by a courier or when you collect the relevant products from the store.
In order to use the Services, you must be over 18 years old.

6. Orders, Pricing and Payment
To place an order, you must be over 18 years of age and have a valid credit or debit card. By placing an order, you undertake that all information you provide is true and accurate, that you are over 18 years of age, that you are authorized to use the credit or debit card used to place your order, and that there are sufficient funds in the account to cover the cost of your order.
All online payments will be processed by Stripe.com and their payments’ processing rules and regulations shall apply with in rem effect.
The Site allows you to review your order and correct any errors before submitting it. Please take the time to read and review your order at each page of the process as you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide (e.g., the correct products, quantity, size, color, etc.).
When you place your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt and acceptance of your order. The contract between you and us will be formed at the time that confirmation email is sent. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price, and we may have to cancel your order (or part of your order) if the product is unavailable or unavailable at the order price.
Depending on your delivery address, different tax rules and other charges may apply.
7. Delivery
The expected delivery date of the Products will be specified in your order confirmation.

If an order is returned to sender due to certain circumstances, the associated delivery charges will not be refunded. These circumstances include, but are not limited to:

Refusal to pay customs duties: the order is returned to the sender because you refused to pay the applicable customs duties.

Customer unreachable: the order is returned to its sender because delivery attempts failed and you were unreachable.

Incorrect or Not Found Address: The order is returned to the sender due to an address inconsistency or because the address provided when ordering was not found or incorrect.
8. Our Site
This section sets out the rules that apply to your use of our Site (whether you are using it to order products or simply browsing the Site). By using this Site, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree to these rules, you are not authorized to use the Site and must leave immediately.

9. Privacy Policy
The personal information is collected for purposes of distance selling, this information is essential for processing and delivering orders and preparing invoices. The lack of information leads to the non-validation of the order.

If one or more provisions of these general terms and conditions of sale are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, regulation or following a final decision by a competent court, the other provisions shall retain their full force and scope.
Force Majeure: We, will not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of any of our obligations to you if such failure or delay is due to a force majeure event.
A force majeure event means any act or event beyond our reasonable control such as severe weather, acts of war, terrorist attacks, embargoes, riots, strikes, strikes by management, trade disputes, fires, floods, earthquakes or any other natural disaster, breakdowns, adverse weather, interruption of transport, acts of Government or breakdowns of public or private telecommunications or transport networks.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These general terms and conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between Sirenoble Sarl and the Customer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent French courts, notwithstanding multiple defendants and/or third-party claims, even for contingency proceedings or interim relief proceedings in summary proceedings or by petition.
